Cancellation policy
What applies if you need to cancel your place on one of our training courses.
More than 4 weeks before the course start date
No charge
Cancel in this window and nothing is payable.
1 to 4 weeks before the course start date
50% of the course fee
Half of the course fee remains payable.
Less than 7 days before the course start date
100% of the course fee
The full course fee remains payable.
Should you need to cancel your training course, the following charges will apply:
- Over 4 weeks prior to the course start date – no charge
- 1–4 weeks prior to the course start date – 50% of the course fee
- Less than 7 days prior to the course start date – 100% of the course fee
Cancellations are counted from the course start date, and any charge is calculated on the course fee for the place being cancelled. Please let us know as soon as you can so that we can release the place.
To cancel a place, contact us using the details below or the Contact us link at the bottom of this page. If your employer booked your training, please speak to them as well, as they may be responsible for any charge.
We may, at our discretion, offer to move your booking to another date instead of applying the charges above.
